Director, People Experience & Operations

What You'll Do:

• Own day-to-day global People Operations with clear SLAs and measurable quality standards.
• Design and mature HR service delivery to scale without adding headcount linearly.
• Serve as escalation point for complex operational issues.

What You'll Take On First:

• Design the People team's service model and partner with HRIS to stand up tooling.
• Rebuild onboarding and offboarding end to end.
• Consolidate global immigration and mobility into one governed process.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years progressive HR experience with deep grounding in People Operations.
• 3+ years managing a global team and demonstrated ownership of the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong global compliance fluency and experience with Workday preferred.

What Success Looks Like:

• In 90 days: identify process gaps and have a prioritized roadmap.
• In 6 months: redesigned onboarding/offboarding running and service model live.
• In 12 months: employee listening on regular cadence and self-service reducing manual volume.
