People Operations Generalist

About the role:

• Run the programs and systems that shape day-to-day life for every employee: engagement, recognition, performance and comp cycle logistics.
• Ensure the operational engine runs smoothly, from onboarding and offboarding to employee lifecycle changes and compliance.
• Own execution end to end on programs that need a dedicated owner, working alongside People leadership.

What you will do:

• Within 1 month: meet with leadership, develop deep understanding of HR Ops systems, review compliance documentation.
• Within 3 months: run core workflows independently, serve as a responsive point of contact, establish vendor accountability.
• Within 6 months: take visible role in engagement and recognition, own US benefits administration and compliance documentation.

What you will bring:

• 4-6+ years in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist role with program management experience.
• Systems thinking: able to map a process end to end, spot friction points, and redesign workflows.
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states or entities.
