About the Role:
- You will report to our COO and work closely with the people operations team.
- This role is fully remote and open to candidates in many countries.
- We will calibrate the level (Associate or Manager) based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors.
- Serve as a main point of contact for staff support and manage HR service providers.
- Track compliance and coordinate performance reviews.
What We're Looking For:
- An operations mindset with systems-orientation and strong ownership.
- 2+ years of people operations experience (Manager: 5+ years with people management).
- Great communication skills and comfort with remote work.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary between $95,000 and $153,000 USD depending on level and location.
