People Operations Manager

About the Role:

• You will execute the operational foundation of the teammate experience at Evio.
• Reporting to the Head of Evio Experience, you'll ensure every stage of the teammate experience is thoughtful and well-executed.
• This is a hands-on role serving as the subject matter expert on benefits and people operations.

What You'll Do:

• Administer benefits and support teammates with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other programs.
• Own people systems and ensure accurate records, workflows, and process improvements.
• Support compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and maintain HR policies.

Your Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years in people operations, HR, benefits administration, or related roles.
• Strong experience administering employee benefits and managing people systems.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
