People Operations Manager

Role Overview:

• You will lead the infrastructure that supports Tilt's virtual-first global team, ensuring a fair and consistent employee experience.
• You will be the first point of contact for employment questions and a systems thinker for HRIS and People tech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build AI-enabled People Ops automation to reduce manual work and improve data reliability.
• Own HRIS data integrity, run audits, and partner with cross-functional teams to prevent compliance and payroll risks.
• Support immigration, global mobility, performance management, and employee relations across 14 countries.
