What You Will Do:
- Own and optimize People Team operational workflows across the employee lifecycle.
- Design, build, and maintain automations, integrations, and workflows across HR tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for People Team tools, including configuration and troubleshooting.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or process improvement.
- 1+ year experience with AI platforms like Gemini or ChatGPT.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement automations and workflow improvements.
