Own and optimize People Team operational workflows across the employee lifecycle.
Design, build, and maintain automations and integrations across HR tools.
Monitor data quality and operational controls, ensuring employee data integrity.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in HR operations or process improvement.
1+ year experience with AI platforms like Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
