The Job:
- As the People Operations Specialist, you will support core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle.
- You will manage employee transactions, maintain data integrity, and support benefits and leave workflows.
You Will:
- Own assigned portions of the onboarding workflow and process employee benefits transactions in Workday.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and maintain accurate employee records.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve workflows through automation and AI.
