About the Role:
- We are seeking an HR BP/HR Director to work with our remote, globally distributed teams.
- You will ensure personnel effectiveness and contribute to strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staffing, employee engagement, and retention.
- Implement HR processes and ensure compliance with policies.
- Monitor satisfaction of managers and employees with HR function.
