Junior HRBP/HR People Partner

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure effectiveness of personnel within the business unit, aligning employees with strategic goals and financial targets.
• Manage staffing, fostering engagement and retention, creating a motivated work environment.
• Implement and enforce HR processes, monitor satisfaction of managers and employees with HR functions.

Candidate Requirements:

• 4+ years of successful experience in an HR BP / HRD role with exposure to investment environments.
• Experience working directly with founders and C-level stakeholders.
• Understanding of company growth stages and cap table basics, ability to implement key employee lifecycle processes.
• Proven track record of managing HR metrics, with hands-on experience in C&B and analytics.
