About the Role:
- We are looking for a strategic, empathetic People Partner to own the end-to-end employee experience.
- Reporting directly to the VP of People, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers.
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a People/HR Business Partner in a fully remote environment.
- Direct experience with performance calibrations, promotion cycles, and compensation reviews.
- Strong background in coaching managers through difficult conversations and designing virtual training.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the employee lifecycle for corporate and clinical teams, including remote onboarding and pulse surveys.
- Serve as primary contact for complex remote employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Design, deliver, and track virtual training programs and leadership development initiatives.
What We Offer:
- Base salary: $100,000 - $115,500.
