  • Development of various services in Python: integration with marketing partners, obtaining data from various sources.
  • Creation and support of processes on Airflow.
  • Supporting the migration of marketing data pipelines and DWH components from MS SQL to Google Cloud Platform (including BigQuery), contributing to architecture decisions and best practices.

Global 6w PTO

  • Own the ad monetisation strategy and execution across web and mobile apps.
  • Configure, manage, and optimise AdMob, Google Ad Manager, app mediation, web ad inventory, programmatic demand, and ad placements.
  • Audit the current ad setup and identify opportunities to improve fill rate, eCPM, show rate, ARPU, and total ad revenue.

  • Ensure the team independently handles operational and analytical tasks, guaranteeing that cost savings do not compromise partner service quality.
  • Be responsible for analyzing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify and prioritize areas for reducing content costs without degrading the partner experience.
  • Develop and approve cost reduction strategies, orchestrating their implementation by the team and cross-functional stakeholders, while maintaining ownership of preserving benchmark partner service quality.

  • Lead and grow a diverse team of 5+ specialists, ensuring operational excellence while managing marketing budgets for core and emerging markets.

  • Administer and support Jira Server/Data Center, Confluence, and Atlassian Cloud environments, including configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve stability through maintenance, upgrades, and governance improvements.
  • Automate administrative tasks using ScriptRunner, REST API, and scripting tools like Groovy, Python, or Bash.

  • Develop and evolve monitoring infrastructure for high-load production systems to improve observability and reliability.
  • Build and maintain Grafana dashboards, uptime monitoring, and alerting systems, optimizing integrations using Elasticsearch.
  • Improve incident detection and collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Engineering teams on monitoring solutions.
