As a Senior UX Researcher at 6sense, you will play a key role in helping to establish our UX Research function from the ground up. Empower product teams to conduct effective self-service research. Create and maintain the infrastructure that democratizes user research across Discord, enabling designers, product managers, and engineers to gather valuable user insights independently. Serve as the bridge between product teams and research tools, developing training materials, best practices, and support systems that make user research accessible to all.

Lead research strategy across platform teams, partnering with Design and Product to define direction and shape research roadmaps grounded in customer needs. Working across pods, influence product strategy and ensure cohesive, system-driven experiences. Help scale research practices, empowering cross-functional teams to take on research through democratization efforts; bring strong leadership and uphold a high bar for research quality.

You will lead research to support teams working on rider-facing experiences and back-of-house operations. The role involves aligning with stakeholders on research needs, translating insights to influence product decisions, and creating empathy around user needs. The researcher will use qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate end-to-end experiences.

As an Emerging Talent Intern, you can expect to be given the space and the opportunity to build upon your skills and knowledge, while contributing to critical work as part of a core team. Participate in planning and facilitation, analysis and reporting on various research initiatives. Communicate your findings through artifacts and partner closely with senior staff to help influence the product strategy.

As a Staff Hardware UX Researcher, you'll lead research across top hardware priorities including new vehicle form factors and parking infrastructure. You will collaborate with Industrial Design teams to ensure new form factors and built infrastructure is easy to use for a diverse range of riders and abilities, informing and improving designs across Lime’s complete hardware portfolio, using both qualitative and quantitative UXR tools.

The Senior UX Researcher is a crucial member of the Research Team at Adaptavist and will provide actionable insights for product development and promote a user-centered culture. Responsibilities include supporting strategic choices across multiple products, using qualitative and quantitative research techniques, and mentoring junior researchers. This role requires occasional in-person presence at the office in London.
