Accountabilities:
- Lead and execute company-wide culture and engagement initiatives, including retreats, recognition programs, and surveys.
- Own the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance support, and offboarding.
- Manage HR systems, recruitment, benefits, and employee relations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience.
- At least 3 years in a senior HR generalist or People leadership role.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
