Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of Culture & Employee Experience strategies aligned with company priorities and engagement objectives.
  • Partner with the Director of Culture and Employee Experience to advance regional and global initiatives that strengthen workplace culture.
  • Act as a primary contact for culture and employee experience programs, fostering collaboration with leaders, employees, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of HR, culture/engagement, or program coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desired Skills & Benefits:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with engagement platforms like Qualtrics or Workday.
  • Salary range of $65,000 to $78,000 with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401k.
  • This is a remote position with required travel and a focus on fostering a positive employee experience.
