Director of People Operations

Role Overview:

• Lead people operations for Europe, overseeing the expanding team and driving operational excellence.
• Design new and improve current People Operations processes and tools to be simple, scalable, and equitable.
• Partner across the People Operations and Insights team to drive projects focused on automation and process improvement.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of strategic and/or generalist experience in people operations, including systems and compliance.
• A great people leader with a servant-leadership style and a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency with Google Apps and experience with Works Councils and Workday highly preferred.
