About the Role:
- You will manage the EMEA SSC HR Operations team and drive operational excellence.
- Lead cross-regional initiatives to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding for client professionals across EMEA jurisdictions.
- Serve as an escalation point for compliance, payroll, and benefits issues.
- Collaborate with legal, payroll, and tech teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5-10 years of HR Operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce.
