The People Operations Generalist will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to Thumbtack employees. You'll manage and resolve a wide range of employee requests with accuracy, discretion, and care, ensuring that every Thumbtacker can stay focused on doing their best work for our customers and pros.
You'll play a critical role in shaping and scaling the systems that support rapid growth by ensuring timely and accurate credentialing and enrollment.
