ROLE OVERVIEW:
- We are looking for a strategic People Partner to work as a trusted ally to employees in India and Africa.
- You will ensure the team's people strategy aligns with company goals.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Use people metrics to diagnose team health and suggest solutions.
- Design culture and engagement initiatives for remote and hybrid global teams.
- Advise on employee relations, mediate conflicts, and guide managers.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 4+ years as HR Business Partner or Generalist.
- Deep understanding of labor laws in India and working knowledge in Africa.
- Excellent conflict resolution and coaching skills.
