Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws across multiple European countries, with a focus on France.
- Collaborate with HR leadership, Shared Services, and external partners to drive HR operations and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years of HR operations experience, with 3-5 years in an international environment.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws in France and at least one other European country (UK, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, or Finland).
- Fluent in English and French; strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Training in People Partner, Labor Legislation, Compensation and Benefits, or Social Security.
- Experience with comprehensive HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
