New Middle Talent Partner Europe

Employee Lifecycle & Experience:

• Own and coordinate key employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure smooth start for new hires and support managers with onboarding.
• Manage offboarding including exit interviews and documentation.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

• Partner with managers to strengthen engagement, retention, and team health.
• Build trusted relationships and proactively address employee concerns.
• Handle complex employee relations cases and workplace conflicts.

Performance & Development:

• Support managers through performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
• Identify skill gaps and development needs within teams.
• Assist in career development and pathing discussions.

Data, Insights & HR Processes:

• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Turn data into practical recommendations for managers and the Talent team.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR process improvements.
