Partnership and Advisory:
- Act as trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy and organizational design.

- Collaborate with union representatives to negotiate contracts and handle grievances.
Performance Management & Employee Relations:
- Implement performance management processes and compensation reviews.
- Coach managers through complex employee relations and investigations.
