- Mentor junior HR staff in employee relations and investigations.

- Own lifecycle processes, including immigration, leave, terminations, and severance.
- Lead workplace investigations and advise on high-risk separations with Legal.
Compliance & Compensation:
- Manage FLSA audits, policy drafting, and multi-state compliance.
- Design job-leveling and pay bands, and support commission administration.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Collaborate with Finance, Talent, L&D, and Legal on workforce initiatives.
- Drive project management and innovation within People Operations.
