Leadership Development
Human Resources Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies supporting MicroTech's business goals and long-term growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Guide managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance review processes and support employee development.
- Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
Benefits & Compliance:
- Manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OFCCP, and other regulations.
- Support audits and maintain HR records in accordance with policies.
Talent Management & Operations:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and staffing initiatives.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS administration (Paychex).
- Develop HR metrics and dashboards for executive leadership.
