Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, leave administration, and HR systems maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. employment regulations: maintain policies, coordinate training, monitor compliance calendars, and support multi-state requirements.
- Administer employee benefits: partner with external providers, maintain HR documentation and records.
Compensation and Strategy:
- Support compensation and total rewards initiatives: offer preparation, benchmarking, and collaborate with finance and legal.
- Handle employee relations: performance improvement plans, accommodations, conflict resolution, and separation processes.
- Partner with managers: support performance management, coaching, and organizational development.
Operational Excellence:
- Assist with recruiting coordination, onboarding transitions, employee engagement, HR reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems and identify opportunities to improve workflows and automation.
