Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, leave administration, and HR systems maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. employment regulations: maintain policies, coordinate training, monitor compliance calendars, and support multi-state requirements.

  • Partner with managers: support performance management, coaching, and organizational development.

Operational Excellence:

  • Assist with recruiting coordination, onboarding transitions, employee engagement, HR reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain data integrity across HR systems and identify opportunities to improve workflows and automation.
