- Partner with Clinical teams to align people strategies with operational goals and patient outcomes.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and succession planning.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Serve as the primary HR advisor on employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Coach managers on feedback, complex situations, and accountability.
- Lead performance management processes including PIPs and development planning.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Partner with HR Compliance to manage investigations and risk mitigation.
- Support audits related to HR processes and regulatory requirements.
