- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer.

- Own core HR processes such as onboarding and leaves of absence.
- Ensure compliance with employment standards in the U.S. and Canada.
Culture & Programs:
- Support initiatives that reinforce company culture and values.
- Manage benefits including open enrollment.
