Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic HR partnership for global business functions and regional operational excellence for the Americas.
- Drive organizational health for Customer Success and Corporate Functions while leading Employee Relations and HR Operations teams.
- Collaborate with regional HR leaders to ensure global alignment and maintain the 80/20 operational standard.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Finance; Master's/MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in leading HRBP teams and HR Operations.
- Proven track record in managing HR for the Americas and exceptional matrix navigation skills.
