Role Overview:
- The HR Director is the senior people operations leader responsible for full-cycle HR across the organization.
- This role owns workforce strategy, employee relations, payroll oversight, and benefits administration while leading a dedicated Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with organizational goals and culture; serve as a trusted advisor to leadership.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Manage benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience and at least 2 years in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred; healthcare industry experience a plus.

- Employees and managers feel supported by a responsive HR function.
