About the Role:
- Drive strategic account management for top clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Align HCM strategy with client goals and co-create solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders and own ongoing meeting cadence.
- Manage HCM strategy development, ensuring solutions support workforce planning.
- Identify upsell opportunities and track client initiatives to drive retention.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in strategic account management or HCM services.
- Bachelor's degree in business or HR; MBA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of operations, HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
