Role Overview:
- Serve as primary strategic point of contact for top-tier accounts, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Own ongoing client engagement cadence including executive meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Develop and maintain client-specific HCM strategies aligned with workforce planning and operational goals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to design and support tailored HR, payroll, benefits, tax, and compliance solutions.
- Translate client needs into structured action plans, ensuring accountability and resolution of key initiatives.
- Identify upselling and expansion opportunities by aligning additional services with evolving client needs.
Requirements & Benefits:
- 7+ years of experience in strategic account management or HCM/PEO services; bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
- Competitive salary of $100,000–$120,000, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous PTO.
