Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders at property management companies, acting as the customer's advocate and consultant.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans, conduct monthly meetings and QBRs, and troubleshoot issues to improve product adoption.
  • Drive expansion by selling additional Flex products and managing all aspects of commercial negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8+ years of Account Management experience, with 2-3 years handling Enterprise or Strategic accounts.
  • Strong communication skills with high EQ, analytical skills to prioritize opportunities, and proficiency in Salesforce and AI tools.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams, thriving in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • OTE range: $165,000–$200,000 for NYC/Bay Area/Seattle; $140,000–$174,000 for Salt Lake City.

  • Hybrid roles in New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City; remote options with relocation assistance available.
