Responsibilities:

  • Own 4–5 strategic national accounts with a mandate to drive deep, multi-phase growth.
  • Build and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with customer portfolio roadmaps and investment timelines.
  • Drive significant expansion revenue by embedding SmartRent’s platform into property operations.

Qualifications:

  • 7–10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with 5 years managing large, complex accounts.
  • Proven success growing under-penetrated accounts into enterprise-wide relationships.
  • Experience in PropTech, complex SaaS, or real estate technology required; IoT strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range $120,000–$150,000 annually, plus bonus or commission.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, generous PTO, 401(k) with employer match, paid parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
