What You'll Do:
- Lead sensitive investigations from intake through resolution, including interviewing team members, analyzing information, and writing investigation reports.
- Coach and advise leaders on complex team member relations matters, including performance management, while helping them manage business and company risk.
- Build proactive programs that help prevent workplace concerns before they escalate.
What You'll Bring:
- Progressive team member or employee relations experience, including independently leading complex, multi-party workplace investigations.
- Working knowledge of United States employment law relevant to team member relations.
- Experience working in a distributed, multi-jurisdiction global organization and adapting guidance to different regulatory contexts.
