About the Role:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for US People Managers on disciplinary matters, workplace conflicts, and employee grievances.
  • Independently lead complex investigations and deliver strategic solutions in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage workplace investigations from end-to-end, including interviewing witnesses and drafting reports.
  • Partner with Employment Legal and HR Business Partners on high-stakes escalations.
  • Design proactive Employee Relations policies and deliver training sessions.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years dedicated to Employee Relations.
  • Deep understanding of US federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Exceptional documentation and conflict resolution skills.
