About the Role:
- Serve as a trusted advisor for US People Managers on disciplinary matters, workplace conflicts, and employee grievances.
- Independently lead complex investigations and deliver strategic solutions in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Manage workplace investigations from end-to-end, including interviewing witnesses and drafting reports.
- Partner with Employment Legal and HR Business Partners on high-stakes escalations.
- Design proactive Employee Relations policies and deliver training sessions.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years dedicated to Employee Relations.
- Deep understanding of US federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Exceptional documentation and conflict resolution skills.
