Accountabilities:
- Lead complex and sensitive workplace investigations from intake through resolution.
- Advise and coach leaders on employee relations matters, including performance management and risk mitigation.
- Develop proactive employee relations programs and analyze trends to improve team member experience.
Requirements:
- Progressive experience in employee relations including leading complex multi-party investigations.
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws such as FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and EEOC processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to handle sensitive conversations.
