What You'll Do:
- Directly investigate and resolve complex workplace issues, documenting findings and corrective actions.
- Partner with internal or external experts on safeguarding, audit, ethics, and compliance cases.
- Manage design and implementation of policies and training for employee and safeguarding matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 10+ years leading employee relations investigations.
- Subject matter expert in remote investigations and international labor principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills with confidentiality.
