What You'll Do:

  • Directly investigate and resolve complex workplace issues, documenting findings and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 10+ years leading employee relations investigations.
  • Subject matter expert in remote investigations and international labor principles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills with confidentiality.
