The HCP Marketing Manager will own and elevate content, social media, and lifecycle marketing efforts. Responsible for managing day-to-day content creation and publishing, and building data-informed lifecycle campaigns. Ensure consistent brand voice across channels, and support product updates, conferences, campaigns, and growth initiatives.

• Manage and optimize custom FIAs for PLD, determining data fields, logic, and mappings for accurate reporting.
• Support API integrations for data handoffs, ongoing data syncs, event tracking, partnering with Engineering/Dev.
• Serve as the technical owner during campaign setup, ensuring data, segmentation, tagging, and reporting requirements are ready prior to launch.

• Support the development, maintenance, and tracking of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Participate in client meetings, take clear notes, and manage follow-ups to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Data, and Engineering to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and executed.

As a QA Automation Manager, ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable software products across all teams and platforms. Lead and develop a team of QA engineers, guiding both manual and automated testing efforts to validate features and maintain stability. Drive quality strategy, standardize QA practices, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement within the Agile environment.
