About the Opportunity:

What You'll Do:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle and HR operations across multiple APAC countries.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and maintain accurate HRIS records.
- Support recruitment, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with strong understanding of core HR functions.
- Knowledge of employment legislation in at least one APAC country.
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft 365, especially Excel for reporting.
