- Provide first-level Employee Relations support and guide clients through workplace concerns.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance customer experience.
Key Requirements and Characteristics:
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
- Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
- Superior communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
