Senior / Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full offboarding process across multiple countries, ensuring legal compliance and data integrity.
• Lead employee relations cases and sensitive conversations such as terminations and consultations.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and benefits teams for seamless transitions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in HR advisory, business partnering, or employee relations roles.
• Strong knowledge of international employment laws and compliance-heavy environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
