Senior Employment Counsel, International Lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Legal workstream for sensitive EOR lifecycle matters such as complex terminations, redundancies, settlements, and employee relations.
• Build and maintain lifecycle standards, playbooks, escalation paths, and controls based on recurring patterns.
• Advise Product and Operations on lifecycle legal requirements and risk parameters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and admitted to practice in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5+ years of substantive employment law experience, including international employment counseling or EOR.
• Deep experience advising on employee lifecycle matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base wage range targeted at 149,000–192,000 GBP per year.
• Benefits include PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
• Occasional travel required.
