Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Legal workstream for sensitive EOR lifecycle matters such as complex terminations, redundancies, settlements, and employee relations.
- Build and maintain lifecycle standards, playbooks, escalation paths, and controls based on recurring patterns.
- Advise Product and Operations on lifecycle legal requirements and risk parameters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and admitted to practice in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5+ years of substantive employment law experience, including international employment counseling or EOR.
- Deep experience advising on employee lifecycle matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base wage range targeted at 149,000–192,000 GBP per year.
- Benefits include PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
- Occasional travel required.
