Senior Employment Counsel

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead advisor on people-related matters, partnering with People, Legal, and business teams.
• Manage employment disputes, agency inquiries, and advise on AI tools in the workplace.
• Support workforce strategy, employee data privacy, and scalable policies and training programs.

Candidate Requirements:

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of employment law experience in both law firm and in-house settings.
• Exceptional communication skills, cross-functional judgment, and flexibility to handle commercial agreements as needed.
