As a Talent Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in helping bring the very best talent to Ro, working closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to help scale our teams and create a seamless candidate experience. You will be an advocate for the Talent Team, providing an exceptional experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

Shape teams by identifying and engaging talent that contributes to the diversity and success of Ro and by facilitating a seamless hiring process. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Clinical, Care Delivery, and/or Pharmacy roles, from job posting to offer acceptance. Proactively source and engage a diverse pool of candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

This role will be the go-to legal partner for pharmacy operations and compliance across our owned and partner pharmacy networks. This is a strategic, high-impact role with significant cross-functional exposure, working closely with pharmacy operations, corporate quality, and other key stakeholders.
