Senior Analyst, Inventory Control

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory control processes.
• Manage ERP system maintenance and network-wide inventory exceptions.
• Lead the pharmacy cycle count process and generate reports to identify areas for optimization.

Lead Video Editor & Motion Designer

• Co-lead and execute editing, and production of video content across broadcast, digital, and social platforms.
• Drive the evolution of Ro’s motion graphics system by establishing creative frameworks, templates, and design standards that scale.
• Edit and animate video content using a range of motion design styles, integrating 2D and 3D animation to tell impactful stories.

Virtual Physician (1099 Contractor), Synchronous and Asynchronous

• Conduct consultations synchronously and asynchronously based on state telemedicine regulations.
• Provide care using a custom EMR system, including evaluating patient records, diagnosing, prescribing, and making lifestyle recommendations.
• Adhere to best practices and company policies for diagnosis, treatment, and documentation.

Virtual Medical Assistant / Patient Advocate, Temp

Provide empathetic, concierge-style service to our patients, answering any non-clinical questions. Support providers with non-clinical administrative tasks in the Care Center. Triage messages for providers by being responsive, reassigning, and resolving messages efficiently and timely.

Virtual Registered Nurse, Temp (day shift)

• Provide comprehensive clinical care by independently managing direct patient needs.
• Coordinate care effectively by triaging and escalating patient concerns to the appropriate provider groups.
• Utilize our custom EMR system to answer basic medical questions, educate patients, and offer guidance.

Manager, Customer Experience Operations

Lead and support a team of Customer Experience Leads and Coordinators who show up every day to care for Ro's patients. You’ll coach and develop frontline leaders, keep a close eye on team performance, and ensure Ro is meeting service goals. You’ll help create an environment where teams feel supported and empowered, and help Ro work smarter by streamlining workflows, improving processes, and using tools like CRM platforms, automation, and AI to enhance support.
