Partner with the Director of Compensation to analyze, administer, and optimize compensation programs including cycles, offers, equity, and market pricing.
Manage market data, job pricing, and provide guidance on new hire offers, internal equity, and compensation adjustments.
Support bi-annual performance review cycles, maintain data integrity, and develop compensation reporting using tools like Excel and Pave.
Provide clear, actionable advice on all aspects of the employee experience, including hiring, performance management, accommodations, investigations, and exits.
Manage employment disputes and agency inquiries, including investigations, pre-litigation response, and outside counsel and insurance broker management.
Advise on responsible, compliant use of AI tools in recruiting, performance management, and other employment contexts.
You will concept and create visually captivating paid social content (static, video, GIF, etc.) that drives conversion and user engagement while communicating our brand messaging.
You’ll leverage performance insights and growth metrics to spot patterns, distill insights, and create hypotheses for future creative iteration.
You’ll own paid social workstreams, leveraging learnings to create templates and frameworks to work more efficiently, infusing the Ro growth ecosystem with fresh, brand-aligned creative.
