Resolve claims at the highest authority levels on commercial casualty claim assignments reflecting the highest degree of technical complexity, in the most effective, efficient way while delivering a customer-centric claims service. Responsible for analyzing coverage, liability, damages, evaluating reserves and negotiating settlement or conclusion of complex claims. Demonstrate ability to handle complex coverage issues.

Conduct duties under the direction and supervision of the Legal & Compliance Department attorneys and officers to comply with federal and state laws. Assist Division attorneys in the delivery of legal services to the Company by complying with legal process in accordance with the law and corporate standard.
