About the Role:
- Provide practical, business-focused legal advice across a wide range of employment matters in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Partner closely with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to manage risk, support compliance, and help the business scale.
What You'll Do:
- Advise on recruiting, employee relations, performance management, accommodations, wage and hour, investigations, and terminations.
- Draft and update employment agreements, policies, and templates, and manage litigation with internal and external counsel.
Who You Are:
- A licensed attorney with a JD and 3+ years of US employment law experience at a top law firm or in-house.
- A strong communicator who translates complex legal concepts into practical guidance for business stakeholders.
