The opportunity:
- Lead legal and compliance as a hands-on leadership team member reporting to the CEO.
- Partner with product, engineering, HR, payroll, operations, and commercial teams.
What you will do:
- Own EOR/AOR compliance, classification, commercial agreements, and outside counsel.
- Translate regulations into scalable policies, platform controls, and audit processes.
What you bring:
- JD, active US bar, and 8+ years in employment law and workforce compliance.
- Deep workforce expertise, commercial judgment, and fluency in AI/legal technology.
