Senior Counsel, Americas Employment

About the Role:

• We're seeking an experienced labor and employment attorney to support Veeam's growing team in the U.S. and Americas region.
• This role advises People & Culture and business leaders on global employment matters and helps build scalable policies.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a trusted legal advisor on hiring, performance management, leaves, and terminations.
• Manage employment litigation, arbitrations, and administrative charges.
• Support M&A integration, worker classification, and compliance with emerging legislation.

What You'll Bring:

• JD and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
• 8+ years of employment law experience, ideally in a technology company.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills in a global environment.
