Serve as a trusted legal advisor to HR and business leadership on complex employment matters.
Translate evolving federal, state, and Canadian employment requirements into practical guidance.
Manage employment disputes, administrative charges, and litigation.

In this capacity you will be responsible for the following:

Advise on employee relations, performance management, terminations, and workforce planning.
Draft and negotiate executive employment agreements, severance, and restrictive covenants.
Develop and deliver employment law training for HR and managers.

What you will bring to our firm:

Juris Doctor from accredited law school and active bar admission.
3-8 years of relevant employment law experience, preferably in law firm and in-house.
Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and multi-state employment laws.
