- Advise on employment law across the full employee lifecycle.
- Draft employment documents, policies, severance, and restrictive covenants.
- Handle investigations and outside litigation counsel.
Corporate & Commercial Support:
- Draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and vendor contracts.
- Support M&A, governance, and legal risk assessment.
Qualifications:
- J.D. and active U.S. bar membership required.
- 3+ years in employment and corporate law, with contract expertise.
- High integrity, discretion, and independent work style.
